How to stay fit during Christmas Holiday
It is that time of the year when we see festive lights everywhere. Children are singing and every mall is playing carols. Offices and friends are organizing end-of-the-year parties. It's the most wonderful time of the year.
This is the time when we should do our best to stay fit and look after ourselves. We should make sure that we eat right and exercise regularly. We should stay active and keep ourselves fit. There are many ways to stay in shape during this time of the year. Here are a few ideas.
* Still go to parties but eat smaller portions and use smaller plates.
*Maintain a high protein diet especially in the morning (25 grams).
* Continue with your exercise routine, and join fitness groups.
* Read a book or listen to a podcast.
* Join a gym.
* Go to your local park and walk 10,000 steps a day. Use a smartphone and track your steps.
* Play some indoor games.
There are many other ways you can stay fit and healthy. Make sure that you keep your body in shape during the holiday season.
